Puppy Deposit Form

We require a $500 non-refundable down payment via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or check to hold a puppy for you. The remainder is due at pickup or before the puppy is shipped to you. If you put a down payment on future litters., the puppies are chosen by the order of the down payments. Puppies chosen are usually around 4 weeks old.

  • 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance when you sign up after picking up the puppy.

  • A small bag of Purina Pro Plan All life stages 30-20 chicken.

  • A small bag of Little Jac’s training treats.
